Each Bella Surprise Box is carefully curated and hand-packed. Contents vary depending on the box size and theme, but may include handmade accessories, craft items, stationery, colouring activities and fun extras.
Every box is designed to feel exciting, balanced and great value.
🌈 Can I request a specific theme or colour?
Yes! You’re welcome to add a note at checkout with colour or theme preferences. While we can’t guarantee specific items, we’ll always do our best to accommodate requests where possible.
👧 What ages are the boxes suitable for?
Most of our mystery and craft boxes are suitable for ages 5–12.

Adult supervision is recommended when using paints or small craft materials.
🎨 Are the craft boxes messy?
Our craft boxes are designed to be fun and manageable at home. We recommend covering surfaces when using paints and supervising younger children.
💖 Are the bracelet and keyring items handmade?
Yes — our jewellery pieces are handmade with care. Because of this, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
📦 How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
🇬🇧 Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently we ship within the UK only.

Absolutely. Our boxes are beautifully packed and ready to gift. If you’d like to include a short message, simply leave a note at checkout.
